Warranty Your Warranty & Coverage

By My AZ Pro Heating & Air Conditioning · Husband-and-wife owned, 30+ years of HVAC experience · Updated

Every new heating and air conditioning system installed by My AZ Pro is backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty. That covers both the parts and the labor to replace them, so a covered failure does not turn into a surprise bill.

Parts and labor, not just parts

Many equipment warranties cover only the part itself, leaving you to pay for the labor to diagnose and install it. On a major component like a compressor, labor can be a significant share of the cost. Our 15-year warranty on new installs covers parts and labor, so you are protected on both.

How manufacturer warranties fit in

Equipment manufacturers offer their own parts warranties, and many require the system to be registered within a set time after installation to receive full coverage. When we install a new system, we handle the registration so your coverage starts off right.

Protecting your coverage

  • Keep your paperwork and installation date in a safe place
  • Change air filters regularly
  • Schedule spring and fall maintenance
  • Call us when something seems off rather than waiting for a full breakdown
  • Use a licensed HVAC contractor for any repairs

Repairs on existing systems

For repairs on systems we did not install, coverage depends on the part and any remaining manufacturer warranty. We will explain what applies before any work begins, along with your price in writing.
